Step 1 - Affirmation of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior

Step 2 - Baptism

ROA practices baptism through immersion in the Name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Water baptism is a public affirmation and an outward symbol of the commitment you’ve made in your heart to accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. If you have been baptized previously by immersion, you do not need to be baptized again.

Step 3 - New Membership Class

ROA's New Membership Class focus on Rock of Ages's core values, mission, vision and strategy; principles of spiritual growth, how to study the Bible, tithing, prayer; develop a biblical theological understanding of ministry. Each C.L.A.S.S. also helps persons understand what spiritual gifts God has given them for ministry; and helps participants to be involved in the Great Commission of Christ.  All prospective members are required to complete Membership Class.

Step 4 - Fellowship

During the 1st Sunday of each month, persons joining by Baptism, Letter, and Christian Experience will be extended the Right Hand of Fellowship, incorporating you as a voting member of Rock of Ages Missionary Baptist Church.
